Refund Policy

Hanva, LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Canvas Curator identifications. If you are not satisfied with your purchase — for example the identification was inaccurate, unhelpful, or the result failed to load — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Contact Hanva, LLC support with the email address you used at checkout and your order reference. We review every request and, once approved, issue the refund through Stripe, our payment processor.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 3–10 business days.
